I see my role as the counselor to be someone who attunes to the specific needs of each individual. Some people need more guidance or education during a session, and some need more freedom to explore on their own. My job is to help delineate what your needs are, and help you find safety in emotional expression in order to grow and heal. This in turn will help you find more trust to your mind and body, which can help you feel more comfortable internally and in your surrounding environment.
